Trulyheal is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Commissioner’s Guidelines for World Wide Websites. Information We May Collect:

We collect personal information from you so that we can provide you with a positive experience when utilizing our Website or content.  We will only collect the minimum amount of information necessary for us to fulfill our obligation to you.

Targeted Social Media Advertisements

We may share your information with trusted third parties such as our newsletter provider in order to contact you via email, our merchant accounts to process payments, and Google / social media accounts in order to run advertisements and our affiliates.

Trulyheal does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

eNewsletter

Trulyheal offers a free peic eNewsletter that it sends out to clients and other interested individuals. Individuals subscribe on the Trulyheal website, at workshops, speaking engagements or though personal contact. The subscriber list is used only for this purpose, and it is not shared or sold. Subscribers may choose to unsubscribe at any time, as the unsubscribe information is located at the bottom of each eNewsletter; alternately, subscribers can contact Trulyheal to unsubscribe.

Log Files

Trulyheal may collect statistics about its web site usage and users, such as referring sites, browsers and IP addresses. This information is used to better gear content to its users. Trulyheal does not release this information to any third party.

Social Media Widgets

Our Site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook and Twitter buttons and Widgets, such as the “Share this” button or interactive mini-programs that run on our site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Payment Plans – Directory Listing

In some instances, enrollment fees can be paid over time with installment payments – a finance fee will be added to the course fee. Directory Listing is associated with the completion of the course and passing of the Course Exam, and full payment of enrollment fees (completion of any installments due).

Anti-Spam Policy

We have a no spam policy and provide you with the ability to opt-out of our communications by selecting the unsubscribe link at the footer of all e-mails. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we are compliant with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 by never sending out misleading information. We will not sell, rent or share your email address.

Third Party Websites

We may link to other websites on our Website. We have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of any other individual, company or entity whose website or materials may be linked to our Website or its content, and thus we cannot be held liable for the privacy of the information on their website or that you voluntarily share with their website. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We do not collect any information from anyone under 18 years of age in compliance with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation of the EU). Our Website and its content is directed to individuals who are at least 18 years old or older.

We do not accept any paid advertisements on trulyheal.com Any services or products recommended and/or offered in the newsletter or elsewhere on trulyheal.com have gone through extensive review before such recommendations, and based on that review were recommended and/or offered.

We partner with a third party to either display advertising on our Web site or to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests.
